SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and handling is free after $50.00. I combine orders as possible and refund shipping and handling. I usually ship within a week. Unless the item is a custom order, which means that it has not been created yet. In that case you will need to add up to two weeks to the shipping time.
I use USPS and provide a tracking number through Shopify.
RETURN POLICY
All accessories are FINAL SALE. However, if your order was damaged during shipping or within 30 days of receiving it, a replacement will be provided.
Email itsjennyscreation@gmail.com with the subject "Damaged item". Include your name, order # and a picture of what item is damaged. This information is greatly appreciated and will help prevent future damages from happening.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Please allow 2-7 days for your orders to be processed and shipped out.
Once the package is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.
